       2. Part 2  -Registration PART 2  consisting Qualification and Experience details.
       3. Part 3  -Registration PART 3 Uploading Photo and Signature .
       4. Part 4  -Print the applicatin (keep it with you for future reference ). 
3).   The  Application will be treated as complete on completion of all the parts by the applicant.
